The amount given by the contributor, or the refusal to give, will not benefit or disadvantage the person being solicited. Contributions to MiBankPAC State are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal or state tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer or individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
