Payroll Deduction
To confirm your bank participates in Payroll Deduction, please click in the dropdown box then download the form and click next to notify Michigan Bankers Association of your intent to contribute. If your bank does not participate in Payroll Deduction we encourage you to contribute via EFT or Credit Card; both provide options for installment payments. If your preference is still to contribute via Payroll Deduction, select “bank not listed” and proceed with submitting the form so we can contact your bank’s payroll department to inquire about setting up payroll deduction.
